Front Office Manager
Previous experience as Front Office Manager/Head Receptionist/similar
Experience of managing a team
Attention to detail
High standard or personal presentation
Thorough understanding of the front desk systems and procedures
Opera experience is advantageous
Previous experience of leading and managing a team
Duty management experience
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Eligibility to work in the UK

Hours: 40+ hours per week - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evening and weekend work. Shifts are typically 0700-1500 and 1500-2300. Hours of work will be as the business requires
Salary/Hourly rate: £20,000 per annum (negotiable depending on skills/experience)
