Chef de Partie

Reference: CAP/CDP

Skills: 
Previous experience at Chef de Partie level, ideally within a similar sized property
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene standards and HACCAP requirements
A sense of urgency and ability to deal with a variety of tasks at once
The ability to work under pressure
Experience of managing people
A high standard of personal presentation
The flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, working 5 days out of 7 including breakfast, lunch and dinner, as rostered
Authorisation to work in the UK

<br>Previous experience of food and beverage service within a busy, fast paced environment
<br>Previous experience within a hotel is advantageous, although not essential
<br>High standard of personal presentation
<br>High standards of customer service are essential
<br>Clear communication both oral and written
