Maintenance Manager

Previous experience as Maintenance Manager/similar role
Ability to deal with tasks as outlined above
High standard of customer care for both guests and internally the hotel team
Ability to plan and organise work to ensure issues are turned round quickly and longer term projects, such as planned maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner
Attention to detail
Good communication skills, both oral and written
High standard of personal presentation
Authorisation to work in the UK

What are the hours of work?
The role will be 40+ hours per week, as the business requires, based on 5 days from 8.00am - 4.30pm, although the ability to be contacted and called into the hotel to deal with occasional emergency situations is expected.  Evening and night work may be required depending on the nature of the job in hand

What are we offering?
We are offering a competitive salary, negotiable between £20,000 & £21,000 per annum, uniforms, meals on duty and complimentary car parking. We also offer discounts within hotels in the Portland group for food and beverages
